WinMerge is an Open Source differencing and merging tool for Windows. WinMerge can compare both folders and files, presenting differences in a visual text format that is easy to understand and handle. This is very handy when you are trying to compare the 2 different test files and folders.

Ophcrack is a free windows password cracker tool which uses rainbow tables. This tool has easy to use GUI. There are 2 scenarios where one might want to use this tool.
1. One is logged into the computer with “Some account” and wants to find the password of other accounts on the computer. In that case “download Ophcrack” and install (link is given in the end). One should also download the tables for XP and Vista (link is provided below). After installing you need to open the tool and say “local SAM” (if you are using it on local computer) and then select the account and click “crack”.
2. If you are not able to login to computer – Then you need a Ophcrack CD. Use some other machine and go to the link given in end and download “Ophcrack LiveCD” and once you download the ‘iso’ image then burn a CD (you can use any free software to burn a CD). Take the CD and boot the computer with this CD and then Ophcrack will start its job automatically.
